Crystal Ng obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at the University of Toronto St. George Campus and a double Master degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University—the Master of Arts in Social Worker in Family-Centered Practice and Family Therapy, and the Master of Arts in Guidance and Counselling. 

Crystal has been working in the social services organization for over 10 years, focusing on Integrative Model for care in coordinating a basket of community services to people in need. She specializes in working with people suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and other mental health difficulties. She supports clients to develop the skills and resources they need to enhance social functioning and provide counselling and psychotherapy services. 

She practices Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT); therapies to better help address the needs of individuals from a variety of backgrounds.

Crystal is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
