Nicole Chow is a Registered Psychotherapist in the Province of Ontario (CRPO). She graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours in Bachelor of Science, and Tyndale University with a Master of Divinity in Clinical Counselling.

Nicole specializes in trauma work, supporting individuals and families through their healing journey. Nicole also has extensive experience in supporting children, teens, couples, and families with struggles related to culture and diversity, grief, attachment, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, sexuality (LGBTQ+), and family of origin.

Nicole brings curiosity, connection, and creativity to her work in therapy. Her therapeutic approach is to honour the whole person and to support clients in identifying their resilience and strength through a compassionate, non-assuming, yet directive manner.

She is trained in Trauma-informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (in progress). She also integrates Narrative Therapy, Strength-based approaches, Attachment theory, Family Systems Theory, and Solution-focused brief therapy in her work.

Nicole is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
