Everyone is in need of support sometimes. We all face moments of fears, doubts, and insecurities when life’s demand surpasses our emotional resources. Whether it’s anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or self-esteem issues, as a therapist, it is Doreen’s passion to support you through these challenges.

A person is a fluid process, a constellation of possibilities, not a fixed quantity of traits. Life is not either lights or shadows. It’s an interplay of both. She believes that there is always a wealth of resilience and untapped potential within you to take you towards inner freedom.

Doreen built her therapeutic practice on diverse experience working with both adults and adolescents. Her background in entrepreneurship has also given her a unique understanding of the struggles faced by those who pursue their dreams. Whether it’s professional endeavors or life in general that you’re struggling with, she is here to help you regain a mental balance to face the demands of your pursuits.

She adopts an integrative approach based on each client’s needs. Cultural sensitivity forms the foundation of my practice. She deeply honors and respects the unique backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences that shape each person’s narrative.

“There is always hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t. Together, we will create a safe space for exploring your thoughts, emotions, and aspirations. We can go beyond stories of ourselves that are painful, stories of this moment that are alienating, and stories of the future that are limiting. Let’s collaborate and embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment!”
