At certain points in life, challenges can feel especially isolating, particularly when things feel uncertain, heavy, or hard to carry alone. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or at a crossroads, navigating anxiety, stress, low mood, burnout, relationship or peer challenges, or adjusting to a new stage of life. Reaching out for support is not always easy, and taking this first step can be a meaningful act of courage.
Rebecca offers a warm, collaborative approach shaped by her background in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and her training in psychotherapy. Together, we gently explore patterns, deepen emotional awareness, and develop coping strategies that feel realistic and meaningful in your day-to-day life. Rebecca’s approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from CBT, solution-focused, and emotion-focused approaches, while honouring your lived experience, values, and the knowledge you already hold about your own life.
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially if you are not yet sure what you need, and that is okay. Together, we will create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where you do not have to carry everything alone, and where your experiences can be explored with care and understanding, at a pace that feels right for you. If you are curious about what it might be like to explore this space together, you are warmly invited to reach out and see whether we are a good fit.
