What is the
Co-parenting Support Program?
This program is a psychotherapy-based service designed to help parents work together more effectively, regardless of their circumstances. It focuses on improving communication between parents, co-parents, and their children, setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, and prioritizing children’s emotional well-being. This program helps parents build both practical and emotional skills to collaborate as caregivers.

How it Works
During the initial consultation, each parent meets individually with a therapist to better understand family dynamics, concerns, and goals. Both parents will then participate in guided sessions focusing on communication skills, conflict resolution, and child-centered planning.
If needed, parents can also receive one-on-one therapy sessions for stress, emotional regulation, and/or boundary setting.
Using a child-focused approach, our therapists guide parents to align on consistent routines, communication, and strategies to support their child or children’s adjustment.
