Dr. Svetlana Gabidulina is a licensed Psychologist in the Province of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Psychological Association, certified by the Ontario College of Psychology since 2003. She earned her Master of Science and Ph.D. degrees in Psychology from Moscow State University, and holds a qualification in psychotherapy from the Moscow Institute of Psychology. 

Dr. Gabidulina has over 30 years of experience in clinical and academic settings, specializing in psychological rehabilitation and counselling. She also focuses on mental health, stress, trauma, couples counselling, anxiety, depression, and pain management, emphasizing on building self-confidence, independence, and interpersonal skills. 

Dr. Gabidulina uses a variety of therapy approaches to support each client’s needs, which include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, solution-focused techniques, as well as psychodynamic and emotionally focused therapy. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can better understand themselves and make positive changes.
