Thank you for being here. I am here to understand everything that makes you special: your perspective, your culture, your journey, your strengths. We can connect through art, or talk, whatever you prefer.

I am privileged to have supported thousands of individuals, varying age, culture, and from all different walks of life. With training in art therapy, applied behaviour analysis, and acceptance and commitment therapy, I will learn about your values, what motivates you, and activities you find meaningful.

I do not focus on diagnoses, I focus on you and what you tell me: your hopes, dreams, and goals. I will work collaboratively with you to support you towards your therapy goals. Let me know how I can support you.
