Arianna Wang is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in the Province of Ontario (CRPO) and a proud member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from York University. Additionally, Arianna has completed a Certificate in Rehabilitation Services from Seneca College. With a diverse educational background and experience, Arianna specializes in working with vulnerable populations, including individuals and families with disabilities and special needs. She is devoted to assisting international students and new immigrants with different cultural backgrounds in handling their life transitions.
Arianna’s expertise extends to providing psychotherapy for clients facing emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, stress, grief, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Her clinical approach integrates various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and strength-based therapy. She believes in recognizing and building upon the unique strengths of each individual, guiding them through the journey of self-exploration and growth.
In addition to her qualifications, Arianna is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for her clients. She possesses a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with diverse cultural backgrounds and is dedicated to providing compassionate care and guidance during life transitions. Arianna’s goal is to empower her clients to tap into their inner strengths and embrace their full potential.
