It is not easy to live your life. You may suffer from anything in your childhood, in your career, in your relationship with other people. These issues might make you feel stressed, anxious, depressed, or even doubt your value as a human. If you think dealing with these issues cost you a lot of energy or seriously affect your daily functioning, you might need to talk with someone who you can walk through the issues with.

Exploring alone will cause anxiety as sometimes we may feel powerless and unbearable to risk. Therefore, I believe understanding the issue from the client’s perspective is the most important during therapy session. We can both dive into the water and explore all unknowns. Therefore, the major approaches I provided are humanistic therapies such as PCT, EFT and Existential Therapy.

I aim at providing a safe and empathetic environment. Clients can feel free to speak their deep concern and feelings during the session.
