Perhaps you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by stress lately, or experiencing more emotional ups and downs than usual? You might be seeking practical tools to regain balance and feel more fulfilled in your everyday life. In our work together, we will create a supportive space for you to explore your experiences and identify the underlying concerns—so that we can work towards meaningful, actionable change.

With a background in psychology and medical science, I offer a holistic and personalized approach integrating mind–body practices and evidence-informed techniques. As a counselling psychology intern who is practicing under supervision, I help clients with anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and life transitions.

I honour my clients as the experts of their own lives, and I see therapy as a truly collaborative process. My goal is to help you develop the skills and confidence to feel empowered as you move through life’s challenges. I’m here to listen and meet you where you are—with compassion, respect, and nonjudgment.
