Patrick is a Registered Social Worker (OCSWSSW), Registered Psychotherapist in the Province of Ontario (CRPO). He is also a qualified CRPO Supervisor and International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT) Certified EFT Therapist & Supervisor with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Hong Kong. He provides individuals, couples, and family counseling to those experiencing stress from work, relationships, or individual mental health needs. Patrick is skilled at helping clients identify their strengths and better understand themselves and their relationships with others.

Patrick has over 17 years of experience working in the family services and mental health fields in Toronto, and is currently working in a hospital-based mental health clinic. He focuses on using an integrative approach to tailor to each client’s needs by incorporating the following counseling styles into his practice.

Patrick views himself as a guide, facilitating his client’s healing and journey to recovery. His ultimate goal is to help clients develop a deeper understanding of their strengths and resources, empowering them to become their own therapists and handle life’s challenges. Patrick also values privacy and connection, which is fundamental to helping his clients feel safe to open up and achieve optimal growth in therapy.
