Xiaobing (Jane) Xu, certified Emotionally Focused Couple Therapist (EFCT) with ICEEFT, Marriage and Family Counsellor in China, M.Div. clinical counselling from Tyndale University, and Master in Management and Professional Accounting (MMPA) from the University of Toronto. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (Authorized for Independent Practice) in the Province of Ontario (CRPO) and a professional member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). She has served as senior financial analyst of Fortune 500 companies, senior psychological counsellor of an international secondary school, and head coach of Morphos Learning Technologies Inc. Her counselling style is compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental. For more than ten years, she has been engaged in coaching, counselling, and teaching related courses in marriage and family relations, personal trauma, and adolescent growth, striving to build a harmonious relationship between husband and wife and building a bridge of mutual listening, love, and trust between parents and children.

At the same time, she and her husband have been engaged in a marriage family ministry (2equal1.com) and life coaching for over ten years. They offer courses such as “Married for Life” and “Parenting For Life” across the world, editing and translating textbooks, training instructors, and leading marriage and family and spiritual growth workshops. They are currently working with Canada Campus Evangelical Fellowship (CCEF) to nurture students’ emotional health.
