Ms. Yan attained a Master of Expressive Arts Therapist in the University of Hong Kong, and is experienced in evidence-based approaches Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Philosophical Counselling. Ms. Yan always offers a warm, supportive environment where your unique experiences are honored. Further, she is also experienced in treating MVA clients, together with emotional difficulties e.g. depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief & loss, stress etc. She has nearly 10 years of experience serving special needs children, individuals, as well as elderly.
