Caleb is a Registered Psychotherapist (Q) in the province of Ontario (CRPO). He completed his Master’s degree at Tyndale Seminary in Clinical Counselling.

Caleb has extensive experience working with youth and young adults from all walks of life through his clinical experience and his time as a Campus Minister. His background helps him to facilitate a warm and safe environment to collaboratively work with his clients toward their goals and process their experiences of depression and anxiety. Caleb also has experience working with older couples and families to better understand their relational cycles and overcome the blocks that create disconnection.

Caleb’s primary modality is Emotionally Focused Therapy. In his work with his clients, Caleb also includes influences of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, and trauma-informed approach to facilitate a safe environment for his clients.

Caleb is fluent in English and Cantonese.
