Xiaoqing Guo is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in the Province of Ontario (CRPO). She has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

She is driven by her passion for supporting and empowering individuals, particularly young adults, international students, and working professionals, as they navigate through their life challenges. It is her goal to help her clients uncover their strengths, clarify their objectives, and explore their potentials. Xiaoqing deeply values the significance of cultivating a solid therapeutic relationship that is built on trust, mutual respect, and understanding.

In her practice, she utilizes a blend of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and a Strength-Based Approach.

She understands the courage it takes to seek help, and it is important to her that each client feels heard, valued, and accepted in a safe and welcoming space. Her approach is non-judgmental and open, creating an environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their challenges, fears, and aspirations.
