Amy Lo is a Registered Psychotherapist in the Province of Ontario (CRPO). She graduated from Yorkville University with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She also obtained Master Degrees in Applied Psychology as well as in Rehabilitation for
People with Developmental Disabilities.

With a diverse educational background and experience, Amy specializes in working with vulnerable populations including individuals and families with disabilities and special needs such as ADHD. She is also skilled at providing psychotherapy for trauma, parenting issues, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and more, aiming to support people through their process of healing and positive change. Amy uses a client-centered approach that integrates a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), experiential therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and Mindfulness. Amy believes all individuals have their own unique strengths, and her goal is to walk with them in the journey of self-exploration and growth.
