Chelsea is a Registered Psychotherapist in the Province of Ontario (CRPO). She obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the Hong Kong Baptist University and a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology (Global Mental Health stream) from the University of Toronto. She is devoted to working with university students, adults, and couples. She is specialized to work with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, stress, and other mental health difficulties. The clients would be supported to break the problem-maintaining cycle, discover their unique strengths and resources, and get empowered to make positive changes.

Her clinical approach integrates eclectic frameworks of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and a trauma-informed approach to other counselling techniques. Treatment plans will be designed idiosyncratically for different clients.

Chelsea is fluent in English and Mandarin.
