Feng offers warm and steadfast support to individuals facing anxiety, depression, burnout, mood disorders, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). He understands that seeking help often comes from a deep longing—a desire for clarity and emotional stability, as well as practical ways to navigate life’s challenges. His wish is to walk alongside clients as they gradually restore balance, strengthen their inner resilience, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

With over ten years of counselling experience, Feng’s work is rooted in care and respect. He takes a client-centred, strength-based approach, drawing flexibly from a variety of therapeutic methods—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and self-compassion—to create tailored support for each person. Whether clients are facing mental health concerns, grief and loss, major life transitions, or trauma, he offers thoughtful guidance while respecting each individual’s pace and unique needs.

Feng creates a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where clients can openly share their experiences, listen to their inner voices, and explore new paths forward. He believes that healing is a shared journey and is committed to walking side by side with clients—witnessing their growth and transformation, and helping them rediscover strength, direction and hope in life.
