Jinglan Xie is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in the Province of Ontario (CRPO). She has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

Being a Therapy in Training, She is passionate about supporting her clients on their mental health journeys. With over 500 psychotherapy service and mental health volunteering hours, she focuses on trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting and career-related issues.

With a deep understanding of the complexities of the human mind, Jinglan offers a supportive and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. She is skilled in a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family System Therapy (IFS), psychodynamic therapy and Narrative Therapy.
