Julie works with individuals experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and stress related to school, work, or family expectations. Many of her clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, caught in cycles of overthinking, or uncertain about how to navigate difficult emotions and relationships. In her work with clients, Julie focuses on deepening self-understanding, strengthening coping skills, and supporting meaningful changes that are aligned with each client’s values and goals.
Julie’s approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy and CBT. She strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, make sense of difficult emotions, and reconnect with their strengths and values. Through this process, she supports clients in building greater self-understanding, emotional well-being, and more fulfilling relationships.
Julie understands that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when someone is carrying difficult emotions or facing challenges on their own. Whatever brings a client to therapy, they do not have to navigate it alone. If clients feel that Julie may be a good fit, she would be honored to support them on their journey toward healing, growth, and greater well-being.
