I graduated with a Masters of Divinity (M. Div.) in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University College and Seminary in 2017. I have worked in a family service center, mental health agencies, medical health clinics, and community services. Occasionally, I am invited to deliver educational workshops to community groups.

As a therapist, I believe in the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship that leads to positive outcomes in emotional well-being. My approach is client-centered and grounded in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I strive to create a safe and warm environment where clients can openly and comfortably process the unique circumstances.

I am a therapist who draws on several therapy approaches, including Focusing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy.

From an intersectional lens, I am passionate about guiding clients and supporting each individual on a unique journey to discover their resilience, explore inherent strengths, and learn and adopt new coping strategies/skills.
