Sharon Zong is a Registered Social Worker (OCSWSSW) and Registered Psychotherapist in the Province of Ontario (CRPO). She graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Social Work in 2001, and a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto in 2006. She also provides supervision to university students pursuing Bachelor and Master degrees in Social Work.

Sharon specializes in providing psychotherapy to clients experiencing emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, stress, grief, and relationship issues. She has twenty years of experience serving individuals, couples, and families that are going through difficult times. Sharon is also actively involved in Partner Assault Response programs (PAR) and has been helping clients with anger management issues.

Her clinical approach integrates eclectic frameworks of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family system theory, and EMDR Therapy.

Sharon is fluent in English and Mandarin.
