Ceci Tai offers support to adults and older adults navigating a range of personal challenges, including anxiety, aging-related concerns, life transitions, caregiving, and grief and loss. She is especially passionate about supporting caregivers who may be experiencing caregiver burnout, grief and loss, or anticipatory grief while navigating the emotional and practical demands of caring for a loved one.

Ceci is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. Her approach is person-centred and strengths-based, incorporating mindfulness-based practices as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)-informed approaches to support clients through grief, aging-related concerns, life transitions, and other personal challenges.

Ceci believes that no one should have to navigate grief and loss alone. Grieving does not mean forgetting or letting go of someone you love; instead, it can involve finding meaningful ways to carry their memory and the bond you shared while continuing to build a fulfilling and meaningful life. When clients feel ready, Ceci welcomes them to reach out and take the first step toward finding support and a way forward that feels right for them.
