Kandy offers support to children, preteens, and adults dealing with a range of personal challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, marital and relationship difficulties, and the development of emotion management techniques. She is especially passionate about assisting children and preteens who experience anxiety, ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, family transitions, low self-esteem, parenting challenges, peer interaction difficulties, and school adjustments.

Kandy is dedicated to establishing a supportive, non-judgmental environment that prioritizes client safety and confidentiality. Using a person-centered and strengths-focused therapeutic approach, along with utilizing play therapy and art-based interventions, Kandy strives to nurture self-awareness and facilitate personal growth. Additionally, Kandy incorporates innovative tools such as 6 Bricks and Playbox to enhance children’s executive functioning, social and emotional regulation skills.

Kandy believes everyone possesses their own capacity to handle life’s challenges. Her goal is to cultivate empathy and understanding, acknowledging the uniqueness of each individual’s needs, strengths, and perspectives. She trusts that through open communication and collaboration, she can support clients in reaching their full potential and achieving personal growth.
